Difference between being in US and Nepal

No need to ask any Nepali-What would you do if you got DV lottery for USA? Answer is ALWAYS this one- "I will immediately go to USA."

I asked 4 Nepali students in Lamar University the same question at different times. All the answers were of similar nature- "I will immediately go to Nepal and relax". (may be for 1 month).
