A Nepali guy from America returned to Nepal. He saw another person urinating in the road near Ratna Park. He approached him and said to him-'Yesto garda USA ma police le samatcha."
Urinating guy replied coolly-'Really, tara Nepal ma ta afai samaunu parcha".
